1. 적용 범위와 운영자
본 방침은 UMI가 제공하는 RigRoom Android 앱, Windows용 RigRoom 프로그램 및 PC 원격 제어 중계 서비스에 적용됩니다. RigRoom은 사용자가 소유하거나 관리 권한이 있는 Windows PC와 페어링하여 사용하는 원격 제어 도구이며, 별도의 회원가입 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 개인정보 보호 업무는 UMI 개인정보 보호 담당이 총괄하며, 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·동의 철회 및 침해 신고는 iprite359@gmail.com으로 접수합니다.

4. 처리위탁·제3자 서비스와 국외 처리
RigRoom은 기능 제공에 필요한 범위에서 다음 사업자의 글로벌 인프라를 이용합니다. 실제 처리 위치는 이용자의 접속 지역과 각 사업자의 네트워크 운영에 따라 달라질 수 있으며, UMI는 사용자 정보를 판매하지 않습니다.

5. 앱 권한
인터넷·네트워크 상태·Wi-Fi 상태·멀티캐스트 및 Wake Lock 권한은 PC 검색, 연결 유지와 Wake-on-LAN에 사용합니다. 카메라 권한은 QR 등록에만 사용하며, 사용자는 카메라를 허용하지 않고 연결 코드를 직접 입력할 수 있습니다. 권한은 Android 설정에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.
6. 보안 조치
클라우드 중계 구간에는 TLS를 사용하고, 원격 메시지 내용은 페어링된 기기가 보유한 키를 이용해 AES-GCM으로 암호화합니다. 인증 토큰과 암호화 키의 접근을 제한하고, 운영·보안 로그는 목적에 필요한 범위와 기간으로 제한하며, 보안사고가 의심되면 관련 접속을 차단하고 이용자 통지·신고가 필요한지 확인합니다. 동일 LAN의 직접 연결은 사용자의 사설 네트워크 안에서 이뤄지므로 신뢰할 수 있는 네트워크에서만 사용해야 합니다. 다만 어떠한 전송·저장 방식도 절대적인 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.
7. 보관과 삭제
휴대전화의 페어링 정보는 사용자가 PC 등록을 해제하거나 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거를 할 때까지 보관됩니다. 저장한 화면 캡처는 Android 파일 관리 기능을 통해, PC로 전송한 파일은 Windows 파일 탐색기를 통해 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 중계 서비스는 원격 메시지, 화면 또는 파일 내용을 영구 저장하지 않습니다. Cloudflare와 Google이 보안·운영·광고 제공을 위해 처리하는 정보에는 각 사업자의 보관 및 삭제 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다.
8. 사용자 선택과 문의 권리
사용자는 PC 등록을 해제하고, 앱 권한을 변경하며, 앱 안의 광고 개인정보 설정을 사용할 수 있습니다. Premium 구독은 앱의 설정 또는 Premium 화면에 있는 구독 관리 버튼을 통해 Google Play에서 결제 수단을 변경하거나 자동 갱신을 취소할 수 있습니다. 취소 후에는 Google Play에 표시된 현재 결제 기간이 끝날 때까지 Premium 권한이 유지됩니다. 개인정보 처리와 관련한 열람·정정·삭제 또는 문의는 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다. 별도 RigRoom 계정이 없으므로 계정 삭제 절차는 제공하지 않습니다.
9. 아동 및 청소년
RigRoom은 아동을 대상으로 설계된 앱이 아닙니다. 만 14세 미만 사용자는 법정대리인의 동의 없이 개인정보 처리가 수반되는 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다. 미성년자는 유료 구독과 원격제어 기능을 이용하기 전에 법정대리인의 동의를 받아야 합니다. 대상 연령, 광고 방식, 사용 권한 또는 SDK가 변경되면 관련 보호 설정과 본 방침을 함께 갱신합니다.

1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to the RigRoom Android app, RigRoom for Windows, and the PC remote-control relay provided by UMI. RigRoom is a remote-control tool that pairs with a Windows PC the user owns or is authorized to manage. It does not provide separate user registration. The UMI privacy contact oversees privacy requests. Access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal, or incident reports can be sent to iprite359@gmail.com.

4. Processors, third-party services, and international processing
RigRoom uses the global infrastructure below only as needed to provide its features. Actual processing locations vary by the user's region and the provider's network operations. UMI does not sell user data.

5. App permissions
Internet, network and Wi-Fi state, multicast, and wake-lock access support PC discovery, connectivity, and Wake-on-LAN. Camera access is used only for QR pairing; users may instead enter a pairing code. Permissions can be changed in Android settings.
6. Security
Cloud relay connections use TLS, and remote message content uses AES-GCM with keys held by paired devices. Access to authentication tokens and encryption keys is restricted, operational and security logs are limited to the necessary scope and period, and suspected incidents are reviewed for access blocking, user notice, and regulatory reporting. Direct LAN connections stay inside the user's private network and should be used only on trusted networks. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention and deletion
Pairing data on the phone remains until the user removes the PC, clears app data, or uninstalls the app. Saved screen captures can be deleted through Android file management, and transferred files can be deleted through Windows File Explorer. The relay does not persist remote messages, screen content, or file content. Information processed by Cloudflare and Google for security, operations, and advertising may follow their respective retention and deletion policies.
8. User choices and requests
Users can remove a paired PC, change app permissions, and use the in-app advertising privacy options. The Manage Subscription button in Settings or the Premium screen opens Google Play, where users can update payment details or cancel automatic renewal. After cancellation, Premium remains available until the end of the current paid period shown by Google Play. Requests to access, correct, or delete data may be sent to the contact below. Because RigRoom does not create a separate account, there is no RigRoom account-deletion process.
9. Children and minors
RigRoom is not designed for children. A user under 14 may not use a feature involving consent-based personal-data processing without verified consent from a legal guardian. A minor must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing a subscription or using remote-control features. Relevant safeguards and this policy will be updated if the target age, ads, permissions, or SDKs change.
