중요: RigRoom은 사용자가 소유하거나 명시적으로 관리 권한을 받은 Windows PC에서만 사용할 수 있습니다. 타인의 PC·계정 또는 네트워크에 허가 없이 접근하는 행위는 금지됩니다.
1. 적용 범위와 동의
본 약관은 UMI가 제공하는 RigRoom Android 앱, Windows용 RigRoom 프로그램, 연결 중계 및 관련 웹 서비스에 적용됩니다. 사용자가 서비스를 설치하거나 사용하면 본 약관과 개인정보처리방침을 확인한 것으로 봅니다. 관련 법령이 본 약관보다 우선하는 경우 해당 법령을 따릅니다.
2. 서비스 내용
RigRoom은 사용자가 등록한 PC의 상태 확인, 화면 캡처, 모니터·오디오·전원·세션 제어, Wake-on-LAN, 예약 명령, 빠른 실행 및 사용자가 선택한 파일의 전송을 지원합니다. 일부 기능은 호환되는 PC 프로그램, 네트워크 설정, 관리자 권한 또는 Premium 구독이 필요할 수 있습니다.
3. 사용 권한과 금지행위
사용자는 자신이 소유하거나 소유자·관리자로부터 명시적 권한을 받은 PC만 등록해야 합니다.
정당한 권한 없이 타인의 PC, 계정, 파일, 화면 또는 네트워크에 접근해서는 안 됩니다.
보안 기능 우회, 악성 명령, 서비스 방해, 불법 감시, 개인정보 침해 및 제3자의 권리 침해에 서비스를 사용할 수 없습니다.
회사·학교 등 조직 소유 PC에서는 해당 조직의 보안 정책과 승인을 따라야 합니다.
분실하거나 양도한 휴대전화 또는 PC의 페어링은 즉시 해제해야 합니다.
4. 인증정보·화면·파일
Windows 로그인 비밀번호는 사용자가 해당 PC에 로그인하도록 직접 요청한 경우에만 전달됩니다. 사용자는 주변 노출, 잘못된 대상 PC 선택 및 공유 기기의 위험을 확인해야 합니다. 화면 캡처와 파일 전송도 사용자가 직접 실행해야 하며, 전송할 권리가 없는 정보나 파일을 처리해서는 안 됩니다. 중계 서비스는 비밀번호, 화면 또는 전송 파일 내용을 영구 저장하지 않습니다.
5. Premium 구독, 취소 및 환불
Premium은 월간·연간 자동 갱신 구독 또는 평생 일회성 구매로 제공됩니다. 평생권은 자동 갱신 없이 서비스 제공 기간 동안 Premium 기능을 이용하는 상품입니다. 대한민국 기준 가격은 월 900원, 연 7,900원, 평생 19,900원이며 세금·환율·Play 가격 정책에 따라 지역별 표시 금액이 달라질 수 있습니다.
구독은 사용자가 취소할 때까지 각 결제 주기마다 자동 갱신됩니다. 구매 전 Google Play 결제 화면에서 실제 청구 금액과 주기를 다시 확인할 수 있습니다.
앱의 설정 또는 Premium 화면에 있는 구독 관리 버튼에서 자동 갱신을 취소할 수 있습니다. 취소 후에는 Google Play에 표시된 현재 결제 기간 종료 시점까지 Premium을 사용할 수 있습니다.
청약철회와 환불은 적용 법령, 디지털 콘텐츠의 이용 개시 여부 및 Google Play의 결제·환불 절차에 따라 처리합니다. 법정 권리를 제한하는 일률적인 환불 불가 조건은 적용하지 않습니다.
중복 결제, 결제 오류 또는 서비스 미제공 문의는 Google Play 주문번호와 함께 iprite359@gmail.com으로 요청할 수 있습니다.
6. 미성년자
RigRoom은 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았습니다. 미성년자는 유료 구독과 원격제어 기능을 이용하기 전에 법정대리인의 동의를 받아야 합니다. 만 14세 미만 사용자는 법정대리인의 동의 없이 개인정보 처리가 수반되는 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다.
7. 업데이트와 호환성
보안과 호환성을 위해 앱 또는 PC 프로그램의 필수 업데이트가 요구될 수 있습니다. 호환되지 않는 버전을 계속 사용하면 연결이나 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다. 자동 업데이트는 공식 RigRoom 배포 경로만 사용하며, 업데이트 전에 실행 중인 작업과 저장 파일을 확인해야 합니다.
8. 서비스 가용성과 책임
네트워크, 운영체제, 방화벽, 공유기, 절전 상태 또는 제3자 서비스 상태에 따라 원격 명령이 지연되거나 실패할 수 있습니다. UMI는 합리적인 범위에서 서비스를 유지하고 오류를 수정하지만 중단 없는 작동이나 모든 하드웨어와의 호환을 보장하지 않습니다. 고의 또는 중대한 과실, 소비자보호법상 배제할 수 없는 책임은 본 조항으로 제한되지 않습니다.
9. 지식재산권과 제3자 서비스
RigRoom의 명칭, 코드, 디자인 및 자체 제작 자산에 관한 권리는 UMI 또는 해당 권리자에게 있습니다. Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, Cloudflare 및 기타 제3자 서비스에는 각 제공자의 약관과 정책이 함께 적용됩니다. 제3자 상표는 각 권리자에게 귀속되며, 그 표시가 제휴나 보증을 의미하지 않습니다.
10. 이용 제한과 종료
무단 접근, 서비스 공격, 결제 부정 사용 또는 법령 위반이 확인되는 경우 서비스 접근이나 페어링을 제한할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 앱 제거, PC 등록 해제 및 구독 취소로 이용을 종료할 수 있습니다. 종료 후에도 결제·분쟁 대응 등 법령상 필요한 기록은 정해진 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다.
11. 변경과 문의
서비스·법령·결제 구조가 변경되면 약관을 갱신하고 시행일을 표시합니다. 사용자에게 불리한 중대한 변경은 합리적인 방법으로 사전 고지합니다.
전체 전이 의존성과 실제 패키지 버전은 각 출시 빌드의 잠금 파일과 Android 의존성 보고서를 기준으로 합니다. 소스 또는 라이선스 관련 문의는 고객지원 이메일로 받을 수 있습니다.
Important: RigRoom may be used only with a Windows PC that the user owns or is explicitly authorized to manage. Unauthorized access to another person's PC, account, or network is prohibited.
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to the RigRoom Android app, RigRoom for Windows, the connection relay, and related web services provided by UMI. Installing or using the service indicates that the user has reviewed these terms and the Privacy Policy. Applicable law prevails where it grants rights that cannot be waived by these terms.
2. Service
RigRoom supports status monitoring, screen capture, monitor, audio, power and session control, Wake-on-LAN, scheduled commands, quick launch, and user-selected file transfer for registered PCs. Some features require a compatible PC program, network configuration, administrator permission, or a Premium subscription.
3. Authorization and prohibited use
Register only a PC you own or are explicitly authorized by its owner or administrator to manage.
Do not access another person's PC, account, files, screen, or network without lawful authorization.
Do not bypass security controls, send malicious commands, disrupt the service, conduct unlawful surveillance, or infringe privacy or other rights.
Follow the applicable security policy and approval process for workplace or school PCs.
Remove pairings promptly when a phone or PC is lost, sold, or transferred.
4. Credentials, screens, and files
A Windows sign-in password is transmitted only when the user expressly requests sign-in to the selected PC. Users must guard against shoulder surfing, shared-device exposure, and selecting the wrong PC. Screen capture and file transfer must be user initiated, and users must have the right to process the content. The relay does not permanently retain passwords, screen content, or transferred-file content.
5. Premium subscription, cancellation, and refunds
Premium is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Lifetime access lasts for the lifetime of the service and does not renew. South Korean reference prices are KRW 900 monthly, KRW 7,900 annually, and KRW 19,900 for lifetime access; local prices can vary due to tax, exchange rates, and Play pricing rules.
The subscription renews each billing period until canceled. The actual charge and billing period are shown again in Google Play before purchase.
Users can cancel renewal through Manage Subscription in Settings or the Premium screen. Premium remains available until the end of the paid period shown by Google Play.
Withdrawal and refunds are handled under applicable law, whether digital service delivery has begun, and Google Play's payment and refund process. Nothing in these terms removes a non-waivable statutory right.

6. Minors
RigRoom is not designed for children. A minor must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing a subscription or using remote-control features. A user under 14 may not use a feature involving consent-based personal-data processing without verified consent from a legal guardian.
7. Updates and compatibility
Mandatory app or PC-program updates may be required for security and compatibility. Connections or features may be restricted on incompatible versions. Updates must come from an official RigRoom distribution path, and users should check active work and saved files before updating.
8. Availability and responsibility
Remote commands may be delayed or fail because of networks, operating systems, firewalls, routers, power state, or third-party services. UMI uses reasonable efforts to maintain and correct the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent or gross negligence where applicable.
9. Intellectual property and third parties
RigRoom names, code, designs, and original assets belong to UMI or the relevant rightsholder. Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, Cloudflare, and other third-party services remain governed by their own terms and policies. Third-party marks belong to their owners and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
10. Restriction and termination
Service access or pairing may be restricted for unauthorized access, attacks, payment abuse, or unlawful conduct. Users can stop using the service by uninstalling the app, removing paired PCs, and canceling the subscription. Records required for payment or dispute handling may remain for the period required by law.
11. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the service, law, or billing model changes. Material adverse changes will be announced in advance through a reasonable channel.
